TYSA Management Staff Capacity Building at Kolping Centre Karen

At TYSA, we ushered in the year 2020 with the expectation to continuously impact young people’s lives across Kenya and the region. However, with the emergence of the Covid-19 pandemic challenge, we made strategic adjustments to facilitate the continuity of programmes. Here are our programme highlights for 2020. TYSA management staff underwent induction to envision the organization’s short term, mid-term and vision 2030 goals. The outcome of the induction has been consistency of processes that are continuously positioning TYSA as a global reference institution on youth leadership and innovation matters. The management capacity has been strengthened to take lead in amplifying young people’s voices in matters affecting them.
